You can contribute to conservation and environmental science in different ways
As a non-profit organization we can accept donations through the American or Chilean tax deductible systems through our sponsor institutions.
We are always looking for monetary donations to:
-Fund expeditions to the Island and cover basic expenses such as travel, meals and supplies
-Repair or renew field research equipment such as centrifuges, GPS, microscopes, etc.
We also accept used equipment.
You can also contribute by:
Volunteering: We seek for enthusiastic field research assistants every year. The working field season is usually between December and March (including holidays).
At this time we also need assistance from architects in order to develop the project of the future Guafo Island field research station
The expertise of social media specialists, sociologists, documentarians, journalists and all sort of people with expertise in diffusion and science communication is always welcomed
